Buyer is responsible for all transportation costs. At Buyer’s request, Dealer may assist in arranging open transportation through a third-party carrier solely as a convenience. Dealer assumes no responsibility or liability for the actions or performance of any third-party transportation provider. Vehicle will not be released to Buyer or Buyer’s designated carrier until all funds have been received and verified by Dealer.

All retail and wholesale transactions are subject to a $499 Dealer Service Fee and a $225 Documentary Fee, where permitted by law.

Advertised prices do not include optional dealer-installed equipment or services, including but not limited to the GO Lux Black-Out Package ($2,695), Ceramic Coating, transportation, title and registration fees, government fees, sales or use tax, finance charges, emissions testing fees, or any other applicable fees unless specifically disclosed in writing.

IMPORTANT – TEXAS SALES TAX & REGISTRATION DISCLOSURE

Texas Residents:

Dealer will collect 6.25% Texas motor vehicle sales tax, applicable county excise tax, and Texas DMV Title and License fees as required by law.

Out-of-State Residents: Buyer is responsible for payment of all applicable state and local taxes, title, and registration fees in Buyer’s state of residence. For financed transactions, Dealer may collect estimated taxes and fees if required by the lienholder or permitted by applicable law.

International Buyers: Purchasers residing outside of the United States are exempt from Texas motor vehicle sales tax. Dealer will not collect sales tax; however, the Texas State Inventory (Excise) Tax will be collected as required by Texas law.

All tax treatment and fee collection are governed by Texas law and administered accordingly. No exceptions.
